Your journey to getting real hair starts right here:
Step 1
Our specialists will let you know which type of baldness stage you currently belong to, and then recommend the type of wig that will suit your hairstyle.
Step 2
Next, we will choose the appropriate hair wig/piece according to your existing bald area, hair volume, hair colour and hair quality.
Step 3
We will create a wig cap model based on your head shape and provide you with a quotation. Once you accept the price and confirm the purchase, we will require a 30% deposit.
Step 4
We will then begin to work on your hair wig/piece, it will take around 1 – 4 weeks.
Step 5
When your hair wig/piece is finished, we will notify you to come down to collect. Our hair wig specialist will also do either a free complimentary Hair Scalp Treatment (worth $158) to nourish your scalp or free hair colouring of the wig to fit your current hair colour before fitting you on with your new hair.
Step 6
Once you are satisfied with your wig, we will charge the remaining 70% of the balance. If you are not satisfied, we will not charge any fees, and refund your initial 30% deposit.
Step 7
We will also teach you step by step on how to wear and protect your wig.
Step 8
Now you can relive your old hair once again, and even style them however you like!
