WHERE WIGWISE BEGAN
A personal experience
became a wider purpose.
In 2018, founder Shawn Lee watched his wife lose her hair during medical treatment—and saw how closely hair can be connected to identity and confidence.
With more than 30 years of experience as a hairstylist, he wanted to create a result that looked natural, felt comfortable and still felt recognisably hers. He began refining colour, density, cut and hair direction through the eye of a hairdresser rather than treating the wig as a finished product.
That personal effort developed into WigWise: a Singapore hair-solutions brand supporting men, women and medical hair-loss clients through natural-looking design, private consultation and honest practical guidance.
