Origin Story
Hi fellow hair loss comrades,My name is Shawn, and I’m the head stylist of WigWise Hair Solutions studio.Yes, you didn’t hear wrongly. I’m a hairstylist, but I’m bald.Unfortunately, it happened to me, and it hit me hard as someone working in the hair industry. My hair loss is hereditary only became noticeable when I turned 30.You might be wondering, But Shawn, have you tried methods to grow your hair back?Oh, I’ve tried it. At first, I tried taking medicine and pills, but realised they can only reduce hair loss. The moment I stopped taking, my hair started falling off again.Not giving up, I went on for hair growth treatments that cost thousands but only realised I was growing baby hair, and they would fall off just after 3 months of growing.Just like that, over the last 10 years, I've been maintaining my hair through these methods, yet my hair continues to fall day by day.
In the end, I got used to it and resigned to fate, telling myself that I was bald.
Furthermore, back in 2018, my spouse was diagnosed with cancer and underwent chemotherapy, losing her hair in the process. Like any other ladies out there who love their beautiful hair, it was a tough setback.
Hoping to give her the strength and happiness to fight against cancer, and myself to be able to look again, we decided to try out hair wigs.
We bought our very first wig from a reputable source. However, the problem is that you can tell that they were made from of synthetic hair. They didn't look natural and were uncomfortable to look.
It was then that I decided to create my own collection of hair wigs and pieces. After research and trials (yes, including me trying out every single one of them!), we finally created the ideal hair wigs made of 100% real hair that is so natural, it looked like we didn’t lose our hair at all.
In fact, you can’t even tell I’m wearing a wig.

Your journey to getting real hair starts right here:
Step 1
Our specialists will let you know which type of baldness stage you currently belong to, and then recommend the type of wig that will suit your hairstyle.
Step 2
Next, we will choose the appropriate hair wig/piece according to your existing bald area, hair volume, hair colour and hair quality.
Step 3
We will create a wig cap model based on your head shape and provide you with a quotation. Once you accept the price and confirm the purchase, we will require a 30% deposit.
Step 4
We will then begin to work on your hair wig/piece, it will take around 1 – 4 weeks.
Step 5
When your hair wig/piece is finished, we will notify you to come down to collect. Our hair wig specialist will also do either a free complimentary Hair Scalp Treatment (worth $158) to nourish your scalp or free hair colouring of the wig to fit your current hair colour before fitting you on with your new hair.
Step 7
We will also teach you step by step on how to wear and protect your wig.
Step 8
Now you can relive your old hair once again, and even style them however you like!
Step 6
Once you are satisfied with your wig, we will charge the remaining 70% of the balance. If you are not satisfied, we will not charge any fees, and refund your initial 30% deposit.
